Candice Olson

Candice Olson (born October 27, 1964), is a top interior designer in the US and Canada. She is the host of HGTV’s Candice Tells All. Candice Olson started her profession in residential and commercial design just after graduating from the School of Interior Design at Ryerson University in Toronto. Candice got accolades and media interest on her exclusive and outstanding work prior to switching her design profession to tv.

Candice’s venture into TV started when a Canadian station profiled one of her award-winning design tasks. Her exceptional method to home design and her interesting personality led to a weekly stint as a design contributor to the show. Also, Candice creates a syndicated biweekly magazine column that runs in over 400 U.S. magazines.

In 2005, Candice introduced The Candice Olson Series – an excellent label of home decor items, such as upholstered home furniture, fabrics, bedding, wallpaper, lighting and more. Candice’s unique style is one she explains as a combination of traditional style, scale and proportions, while using clean, crisp, simplistic attractiveness of present day style.

In 2006, Olson published her first book; Candice Olson on Design: Inspiration and Ideas for Your Home where she gives you design techniques, good suggestions, and useful guidance to assist readers prepares and performs effective home makeovers. Her 2nd publication, Candice Olson: Kitchen & Bathrooms was released on March 22, 2011.

Olson is wedded to-and works together with-custom home builder Jurij Sennecke. Their company is appropriately named Divine Homes. They design and make quite a few buildings together each year.
